My client based in prestigious offices in Farnham are currently seeking an experienced customer service adviser to join their vibrant busy team on a permanent basis.
You will provide excellent customer service to my clients’ employees and subcontractors, whilst ensuring compliance with their company procedures.
•Answering all calls in a polite and professional manner ensuring the company policy of ‘excellent customer service’ is maintained.
•To process any worker requests as required.
•Working with customers to obtain information over the phone or via email to ensure full compliance with company procedures.
•Dealing with calls from recruitment agencies and contractors ensuring that all calls are dealt with and the details and nature of the call logged in the appropriate record.
•To ensure that the company policies and guidance notes are adhered to and to maintain a thorough knowledge of such. Be confident in communicating and explaining such processes, procedures and notes.
•To understand the process for escalation and resolution of sensitive matters or complaints.
•Making outbound calls to routinely chase for outstanding documentation and to follow up on enquiries.
•Complete scripted calls, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met
This role will be Monday to Friday working on a shift pattern;
Shifts covering 8.00am – 6.00pm with 1 hour for lunch (Mon-Thurs) and shifts covering 8.00am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch (Fri)
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment with strong customer service experience.
Experience of working with the construction industry, or with recruitment agencies will be advantageous, as will European languages.
