Financial Planning Administrator

Due to internal movement and promotion, my client a market leader in their field are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their friendly, professional team on a permanent basis.
Duties will include but not limited to;
Ensuring forms are completed and correctly and all relevant documents attached.
Responsible for sorting daily incoming post
Cases diarised with correct level of priority applicable to individual case.
Checking that all investments, pensions, assurance plans have been set up correctly.
Providing clients with valuations and policy documents as appropriate.
Submit and follow up on letters
Occasional booking of client meetings on the adviser’s behalf should they require.
Ensure all paperwork is filed away in a timely manner
Occasional Reception cover
Good communication skills
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar environment with Independent Financial Advisers with strong administration skills. This is a rewarding company and will happily support those who wish to study to support their role.
