HR & Payroll Administrator to join a great opportunity has opened to join a hard working and enthusiastic team in one of the biggest UK manufacturing companies.
To provide administrative support to the HR Manager, ensuring that procedures and processes are managed effectively and systems maintained to a high standard.
Providing general administration support in all areas of HR
Permanent and Temporary Recruitment, to include:
o Liaising with recruitment agencies
o Interview involvement
o Preparation of offer letters and contracts.
Processing new starters and leavers, to include:
o Meeting and greeting new employees
o Undertaking right to work checks
o Checking all correct paperwork is received
o Ensuring all relevant information is recorded & amended accurately
o Undertaking exit interviews
Maintaining personnel records and files accurately.
Processing long service awards
Monitoring absence records
Administering the annual appraisal and pay reviews to include:
o Monitoring completion
o Updating and issuing T&Cs and internal records
o Creating annual pay review packs
Processing of Monthly Payroll, including the administration of:
o Salary amendments, shift allowance, overtime and statutory payments
o Profit Share Scheme
o Pension auto enrolment requirements
o Adding new members of staff and processing leavers
o Payroll Year End
Adhoc note taking for meetings including disciplinaries and grievances when required
Answering basic HR and Payroll queries
Organising events, including the annual Christmas Party
Organising the annual Health Surveillance Checks and Flu Vaccines
Providing cover to the Receptionist when required – e.g. incoming and outgoing mail, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.
Any other duties deemed appropriate by Line Manager.
