Reception Admin

Temp - Perm - Camberley ,Frimley

Fabulous opportunity for an individual to join our client a global organisation based in Frimley to work in a front of house administration role.

This is a Temp role with immediate start which go Temp to Perm.


Reception:

Visitors - greet & welcome, maintenance of the visitor monitoring system, distribution of PPE and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival

Contractors - maintenance of the Contractor Control spreadsheet, issue work permits, provision of a verbal induction & supporting documents

Operate the Company switchboard - receiving & qualifying telephone calls, announcing & connecting callers, taking brief messages and passing these on appropriately or connecting callers to staff members, directing voicemail messages to staff members, maintaining and ensuring the message is appropriate, reporting telephone equipment and line faults to the IT department

Company Post - sort all incoming & frank all outgoing mail on time, ensure the franking machine is charged and maintained, receive & distribute external faxes

General housekeeping of the Reception area


Office Services:

Book meeting rooms and maintain the meeting room diary

Book travel and accommodation for staff members

Order and monitor the stationary and toner levels

Order stock of coffee, tea and sugar

Management of company uniform issue

Administration of Company Documents

Scanning of transactional documents for electronic storage

Maintenance of Company Documentation – template development, updating & rebranding, document maintenance

HS&E Documentation – waste packaging reports, confidential waste disposal, DSE documentation & support, liaison with H&S Consultants, H&S posters, liaison with & support for Contract Cleaners

Material Documentation to ensure regulatory compliance

Production Support – produce specific customer labels, document development

Adhoc project work as required

Hours are 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Friday and 08.30 to 16.00 Friday
