Michelle
Project Admin, Team Lead

Michelle joined Search Recruitment in 2013, bringing with her experience in sales support from a successful IT project company. Currently, she holds the position of team leader within our recruitment project administration team. This team plays a vital role in coordinating and preparing candidates, along with their necessary documentation, for their relocation to the UK after receiving a successful job offer. Michelle and her team provide ongoing project support to our clients, collaborating closely with their HR teams to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. They ensure that Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and VISA applications are delivered within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while also coordinating flights and transportation for candidates upon their arrival in the UK.
