Office and Accounts Administrator

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Inputting Purchase/ Subcontractor Invoices
  • Raising and Sending Invoices to Clients.
  • Accounts Administration
  • ISO Admin
  • H&S Admin
  • Site Set Up
  • O&M Manuals
  • Dealing with accounts queries
  • Tenders
  • General Admin and Office Support duties


Key Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised, committed, and hard working.
